Michelle Bos Legal LLC represents clients around the world in protecting and licensing rights in new plant varieties. In addition to drafting and filing plant patent applications in the United States, we advise clients on international filing issues and assist with coordination of applications in foreign countries.

ABOUT MICHELLE BOS

Michelle Bos has worked continuously in the field of intellectual property law for 18 years, beginning as a paralegal for a boutique intellectual property law firm in 1991.  She attended Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington, graduating magna cum laude in 1999 with a combined science degree in Chemistry and Biology. The Washington State Bar Association accepted Michelle as a candidate for the APR Rule 6 "Law Clerk" program in 2001; she was admitted to practice law in Washington in 2005.  Michelle is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO Reg. No. 45,499).

In addition to practicing law, Michelle enjoys travel, good books, good food, and being a mom to two daughters, ages 10 and 16. She has been married to her husband David for 20 years.
