About Michelle Bos

Michelle Bos has worked in the field of intellectual property law for over 25 years. Beginning in 1991 as a paralegal in an intellectual property law firm, Michelle became a registered patent agent, and later a registered patent attorney with particular expertise in plant patents. She founded Michelle Bos Legal LLC in 2009, with the goal of working closely with her clients to identify, protect, and license their intellectual property rights, as well as to coordinate those rights around the world. She has spoken to industry groups on topics related to the protection of new commercial fruit varieties, and has argued successfully before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.

Outside the office, Michelle's interests include community theater, food, and travel.
